Job Description:
- Telephone answering
- Filing of accounting documents
- Preparing accounting
- Scheduling appointments for sales
- In-house customer service
- Correspondence
- General Office work
The working hours can be arranged flexibly in the mornings, approx. 8 p.m. / week / Mon. - Fri.
A later adjustment to more hours is possible.
In addition to German, English language skills are also required.
Knowledge of using an inventory management system (e.g. Sage) is desirable.
Type of position: permanent, part-time
